It focuses on mitigating discrimination against women in all fields and rather promoting a healthy society where all genders receive equal opportunities and treatment.

This JYC, the Agenda for UNW will be:

Deliberating on the issue of gender-based bias in corporate environments with special emphasis on exploitation of women and the need for establishment of quotas to safeguard their rights.

As the agenda suggests, the Committee shall discuss issues faced by women in the workplace including harassment, inequality in job opportunities and the Gender wage gap.

Any type of International issue that causes concern for discomfort of women in society in general, should be discussed in the Committee alongwith solutions to prevent the same.

The Committee also aims to establish quotas that will allow women to express their rights to the fullest, especially against exploitation in the workplace, to ensure a world that protects and secures women in all places.
